What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your mobile number, your trade, your suburb, whether you already have a website, and whatever you write in the message box. If you email me instead, I have your email address and whatever you sent.
I don’t ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this page that asks for a payment detail.
What I use it for
To reply to you about your enquiry, and to do the work if you decide to go ahead. That’s it. I don’t add you to a mailing list, I don’t send newsletters, and I don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who else can see it
The form runs through a form-handling service, which passes your enquiry to me by email and text. That service processes it on my behalf and is not allowed to use it for anything else. The specific provider is named on request — just ask.
Nobody else sees it unless the law requires it.
Tracking
This page does not use an advertising pixel, an analytics tag, or any cookie for tracking you. If that changes, this section changes with it before the tag goes on.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into work: I delete them within about twelve months. If you become a client, I keep what I need for the job and for tax records, which the ATO generally requires be kept for five years.
Getting a copy, or getting it deleted
Email patrick@frontlinesystems.com.au and ask. I’ll send you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. You don’t need a reason and there’s no form to fill in.
Text messages
If you become a client, the system I build for you sends texts to your customers from your account, not mine. Every message it sends identifies who it’s from and gives a working way to stop it, as the Spam Act requires. You hold that account, so you can see and stop anything it sends.
A complaint
Tell me first — patrick@frontlinesystems.com.au — and I’ll fix it. If you’re not happy with how I handle it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
